Please read pricing pages before calling to book reservations.  Reservation line can not and will not quote you website pricing nor can they quote you product pricing. That is not what they are there for. They are answering to book your groups and take a deposit only. They will do what they can group wise on pricing but that is all they can do. If you have questions concerning pricing call the field on the weekends or email us at Toric@carnagepaintball.com please. We will get back to you in a timely manner so as to not delay you in booking.

Please do not call the Reservation line before 3:00PM. If you do, please leave a name, number and best time to contact you and they will call you back when they get in. Please do not call multiple times on the same day before 3:00PM trying to get ahold of someone. They are not answering phones before 3:00PM. 

Again, if you need to talk to someone before 3:00PM you can email us at Toric@carnagepaintball.com and leave info on how to contact you and we will do what we can to help you till the reservation line opens.

Interested groups must contact Carnage Paintball Supply, LLC. at least 14 days prior to the anticipated event for scheduling availability. Groups will then be scheduled based on available dates. A $10.00 non refundable deposit per person must be issued at time of reservation. (Your deposit is to secure your spot per player. We turn groups away from that spot depending on size of your group and theirs due to limit of avaliable rental equipment.)

Any Corprate group taking advantage of our group rates with giveaways must pay in full for the group 10 days prior to their reserved date in order to take advantage of pricing w/ gifts.

**NO CANCELLATIONS AT ANY TIME ONCE DEPOSIT IS MADE**

Groups may reschedule no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Groups that reschedule will be charged a $80 rescheduling fee. IF WE ARE OPEN THIS NON NEGOTIABLE! **We have staff that we schedule for you and your groups saftey and if we are open they are here for you and or your scheduled group/s and if you reschedule we still pay them again for your rescheduled day.

The minimum number of participants is required for group rates to apply. If a group does not have the minimum number of players required for the group rate they reserved on the day of the event, then the group will be charged the difference in pricing between the currently reserved rate and the rate that applies to their current number of players.
