Groups

Carnage Paintball Supply, LLC specializes in private games for any of the following purposes:
 
  • Private Groups
  • Special Clubs
  • Birthday Parties
  • Corporate Outings
  • Bachelor Parties
  • Grudge Matches
  • Theme Groups
  • Any Special Paintball Occasion
Requirements
  1. Minimum required amount of participants for any private group for Saturday or Sunday is 10 participants.
  2. Minimum required amount of participants for any corporate group for Monday through Friday is 10 participants or minimum of $300 +tax.
  3. Two week reservation upon availability.
Things to help your group get checked in faster:
  • Appoint a group leader.
  • Pick a day your group would like to come.
  • Call the reservation line and book your group under group leaders last name as soon as you can and make reservation payment.
  • Group leader MUST collect all waivers from group 
  • Upon arrival group leader should, turn in waivers, organize his group and have them ready to receive gear and paint as soon as possible (this helps us get you on the field and playing faster).
  • Group leader should help their ref by directing all players in the group to the tables for orientation.

Interested groups must contact Carnage Paintball Supply, LLC. at least 14 days prior to the anticipated event for scheduling availability. Groups will then be scheduled based on available dates. Full payment for group must be made at time of reservation. (Your payment is to secure your spot.)

If you show with less then what you reserved, you get the paint for those people reserved but no refunds (again this was a reservation for your spot that we may have turned away people for).

**NO CANCELLATIONS AT ANY TIME ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE**

Groups may reschedule NO LATER THAN 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Groups that reschedule will be charged a $80 rescheduling fee. IF WE ARE OPEN, THIS NON NEGOTIABLE!

The minimum number of participants is required for group rates to apply.

***CARNAGE PAINTBALL RESERVES THE RIGHT FOR FIELD CLOSURES DUE TO WEATHER. IF WE ARE HERE YOU COULD BE TO. JUST BECAUSE ITS RAINING IN ONE AREA DOESN'T MEAN ITS RAINING HERE OR AS BAD. WE DO TAKE YOUR SAFETY INTO CONSIDERATION***

Before calling to book reservations.  Reservation line CAN NOT AND WILL NOT quote you pricing nor can they quote you product pricing. That is not what they are there for. They are answering to book your groups and take payment only. If you have questions concerning pricing call the field on the weekends or email us at Toric@carnagepaintball.com please. We will get back to you in a timely manner so as to not delay you in booking.
