Do I Need to Make A Reservation?

Yes. The special birthday party package is only applicable to parties that have made reservations in advance and have paid in full prior to their party date.

Is there a minimum number of kids needed to have a party?

No, we do not have a required minimum in order to have a birthday party. You can book your party for any number of participants. Birthday party package is limited to persons aged 10-17. However there is a minimum price for the birthday party package.

What times can I schedule my party?

The paintball field operates from 10:00am until 5:00pm every Saturday and 12noon to 5:00pm Sunday year-round. The special birthday party package rates apply only on Saturdays and Sundays between those hours.

Do you supply food or drinks?

Our birthday party package does include food, cake, or drinks. We suggest you wait to celebrate after playing paintball. We have an area with tables available for hosting your party.

What if I need more paintballs?

If you need more paintballs than what is supplied in the birthday package you may purchase them from us at the field. Prices for paintballs can be found on our regular pricing page. 

Can I make a reservation for weekday play?

Yes, we will open our playing fields for groups of 20 or more on weekdays. Special rates apply. Please see our weekday pricing page for more information.

The weather forecast doesn't look promising. Can I reschedule?

While our field operates in most "rain or shine" weather,  we do allow groups to reschedule their outing provided we receive notification at least 24 hours prior to your play date. In order to reschedule, you must call us at (404) 314-5338 and speak to our reservation representative.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Unfortunatley, we cannot allow cancellations once your reservation is booked. No refunds are issued under any circumstances. However, we can allow you to reschedule your play date to another day with 24 hour notice by calling (404) 314-5338 and speak to our reservation representative.

What if some People in my party do not show up to play?

We do not offer refunds or credits for any players in your paintball party who do not show up on your scheduled play date.

How can I make a payment for a birthday party?
